DETAILED PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Dental Impression Tray Dentulous Perforated is designed to capture a negative imprint of the alveolar ridge and soft tissues in the mouth, which is then used to create a positive reproduction (cast or model). The impression material, initially in a liquid or semi-solid form when mixed, sets into an elastic solid after a few minutes (depending on the material used), leaving an imprint of the alveolar ridge and surrounding oral structures.

The Impression Tray Dentulous Perforated set, available in various sizes for both upper and lower impressions, includes the following trays:

• Upper Trays: ITRLEDPU1, ITRLEDPU2, ITRLEDPU3, ITRLEDPU4
• Lower Trays: ITRLEDPL1, ITRLEDPL2, ITRLEDPL3, ITRLEDPL4

Instructions for Use

1. Tray Preparation: Ensure the tray is clean before use. Soak it in hot water (70-80°C) for 10 to 20 seconds.
2. Adjust the Tray: After removing the tray from the water, adjust the size and angle using your hands based on the patient's oral and dental condition. For patients with deformed teeth, pay special attention to adjusting specific portions of the tray.
3. Comfort Check: Place the adjusted tray in the patient's mouth and confirm whether they find it comfortable. If not, repeat the previous step until the tray fits comfortably.
4. Apply Impression Material: Inject the selected impression material (e.g., silicone rubber) into the tray. Then, place the tray in the patient's mouth to take the impression.
